Summer Nichols is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and available to mediate your case. Whether you have already been court ordered to attend mediation, or you and the opposing party desire to attempt a settlement agreement prior to filing your case, Mrs. Nichols can help. Mediation is a great way to work things out without spending the time and money required in a contested courtroom setting, allows parties to craft their own agreement, and takes away the risk of an unknown Court decision.
At mediation, with the assistance of Mrs. Nichols, you and the opposing party can discuss ideas and negotiate issues with the ultimate goal of signing a settlement agreement on that day, which will later be signed off on by a judge and become a Court Order. The Court requires parties to attempt mediation in most family law cases before coming to Court.
